btk1 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the btk1 platform and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on btk1, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, as both documents together form the complete legal framework governing the relationship between btk1 and its users.

These Terms apply to residents of Bangladesh and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. btk1 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register on btk1 and use all services. This age requirement is a mandatory condition for participating in any casino game, sports betting, or other gaming activity. btk1 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

Any attempt to open an account using the details of a minor will be cancelled immediately, and btk1 reserves the right to take legal action against the person involved.

1.2 Residence and Identity

Users must be residents of Bangladesh to use btk1's services. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be true and accurate. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed. btk1 treats any attempt to use multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits as fraud.

2.2 Password and Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Your password must not be shared with anyone. Any activity carried out from your account will be assumed to have been done by you, unless you have already notified btk1 of a compromise. If you notice suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately via live chat.

2.3 Identity Verification

btk1 may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. btk1 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete. This process is carried out to ensure the security of users.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to make deposits on btk1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name — using someone else's wallet will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used during deposit and matching the account holder's name. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, processing may be temporarily suspended if identity verification is pending or unusual activity is detected.

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported as withdrawal methods. Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal — details are given in the bonus section.

3.3 Transaction Authenticity

If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, btk1 reserves the right to suspend, review, or cancel any payment. Any attempt to recover funds through chargebacks or false claims will result in permanent closure of the account involved.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on btk1 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning in that example ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed.

A bonus is never direct cash — it is a conditional promotional benefit. Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible before the wagering requirements are met.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using manipulative tactics to obtain bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.3 VIP and Cashback

btk1's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level, calculated based on the net loss for that week. For example, a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Cashback is added to the account automatically and may be subject to applicable conditions.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on btk1 are operated by software from recognised game providers, using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This technology ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined. Any attempt to influence a game's outcome — such as hacking the software or exploiting game errors — is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

btk1 reserves the right to cancel any related bet in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or incorrect odds being displayed. The stake of any cancelled bet will be returned in full. If a user notices any discrepancy, they should notify the support team immediately.

5.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, and other sports, btk1's specified odds and rules apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, btk1's specific policy will be followed for the relevant bets. For multi-bets, if any one selection is cancelled, it will be removed from the bet and the combined odds will be recalculated.

6.1 Fraud and Manipulation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btk1 and will result in account closure:

• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to intrude into btk1's systems
• Coordinating with other users to gain bonus or betting advantages
• Running deposit-withdrawal cycles for the purpose of money laundering
• Deliberately exploiting platform errors or bugs

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

If prohibited activity is proven, btk1 may close the relevant account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and inform law enforcement authorities if necessary. A zero-tolerance policy against misconduct is maintained on btk1.

7.1 Personal Data Collection

btk1 collects and processes users' registration information, transaction history, and platform usage data. This information is used for service improvement, security assurance, and meeting legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how data is collected, stored, and kept secure.

7.2 Data Sharing

btk1 does not sell users' personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with trusted partners for payment processing, identity verification, and technical services. Information may be provided to authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

8.1 Setting Limits

btk1 believes that gaming is for entertainment only — never as a solution to financial problems. Users can set their own deposit, loss, or session time limits. A self-exclusion facility is also available to temporarily or permanently restrict yourself from the platform.

8.2 Protection of Minors

All content on the btk1 platform — logos, designs, text, software — belongs to the intellectual property of btk1 or its associated partners. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Game content displayed on btk1 is operated under the intellectual property of the relevant game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. Use of this content is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective companies.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

btk1 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet outages, failure of third-party services, or the user's own mistakes. However, this limitation does not go beyond what applicable law permits.

btk1's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement between btk1 and the user. No prior oral or written discussions will affect the enforceability of this document.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
